- WEIGHT/DIMENSIONS: 1.7oz. (49g) / 1.5 (39mm) dia. Whorl - LARGER DIAMETER SHAFT = .134” (3.4mm) x 8.5” (21.6cm)
Made from a total of 42 individual pieces, this special design incorporates a 1/8" thick solid bronze whorl, two precision laser cut stainless steel "Mandala" pendants that are polished to a mirror-finish to make up the whorl. The whorl is mounted to a metallic Champagne color powder-coat-painted high carbon/spring steel shaft and is finished off (top and bottom sides) with silver plated jewelry findings and 32 Clear and Topaz AB color Preciosa Czech crystal rhinestones. All components are assembled with an industrial quality 2-part epoxy resin for long life This is a very well balanced, medium to heavy weight spindle that spins forever and will be wonderful for spinning a wide variety of fibers.
